The Eighth Judicial Court, Clark County, Nevada, issued Administrative Order 20-01 regarding court business operations during the COVID-19 outbreak. A copy of the order is attached below our statement.
In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Roberts Stoffel Family Law continues to provide services via virtual technology, ensuring business continuity and in compliance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations. This includes social distancing, teleconferencing, and other measures recommended by the CDC.
Our base of operations is in Clark County, Nevada. As such, our operations are governed by Nevada law. Our action is fully supported by the Nevada Governor’s emergency directive. Media services are considered essential under Section 1, Chapter 414 of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC).
The firm remains operational, working remotely with limited services in the office. Client meetings and consultations will be made via telephone, text, or other virtual means. We can be reached via telephone at (702) 474-7007.
Our hours were modified as follows: Mondays through Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays: Closed.
